Pay My Bill

  • Please contact our insurance coordinator with any specific question you have regarding payment for services. You may also call 612-874-7063 and leave a voicemail for the front desk.

  • If you don’t have health insurance and are wondering what your options are, see the information below.  


Health Insurance  

  • DAP accepts and is in-network with most health insurance providers, including:

    Health Partners, UCare, Hennepin Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Medica, and Medicaid

  • Please call your insurance company for specific mental health plan details regarding your individual plan coverage. 

  • Clients will be notified of co-payments at the start of services. 

  • Co-payments are due at the time of service

Health Insurance Access

  • Our Case Management team can also help you apply for insurance through MNsure (including those who do and don’t qualify for Medicaid).

Other Options  

  • DAP provides a Sliding Scale Fee for those without Health Insurance and unable to qualify for Medicaid.  

  • DAP is also flexible in creating a payment plan with clients, if needed.
